Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources. Follow up on project implementation progress, execute the project, and deliver samples.
Risk Analysis: Identify and assess project risks , and formulate responsive strategies and solutions to mitigate potential issues.
Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Execute project quality control plans to ensure the quality of the project process and results meet standards.
Continuous Improvement: Provide suggestions and recommendations on project process improvement to promote continuous enhancements of project management practices.
Information Security: Implement the company's information security management policies and requirements , supervise compliance, and report information security violations.
