We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Forwarding – Sourcing professional to join our growing logistics team.
This role is responsible for coordinating shipment needs, sourcing competitive vendor rates, managing data accuracy, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) activities and report task progress accurately.
- Manage and update vendor databases regularly to ensure valid and competitive pricing.
- Prepare and provide quotation responses within agreed SLA timeframes (max. 60 minutes).
- Communicate and escalate shipment or pricing issues to related departments and vendors promptly.
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best service quality and pricing results.
- Prepare monthly vendor performance evaluations and submit accurate reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or sourcing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic English proficiency (written and spoken).
