Job responsibilities:
· Handle marketing and sales of audio-video products (e.g., conference systems, pro audio, display equipment) and achieve sales targets.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients, engineers, and distributors; offer tailored solutions based on customer needs.
· Willing to travel across Indonesia for client visits, negotiations, and project support.
· Participate in tenders, presentations, product demos, and business negotiations.
· Oversee order execution and coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Gather market and competitor insights, relay customer feedback, and support product improvement.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or higher, age max 35, presentable, honest, and proficient in English.
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in audio-video, intelligent equipment, or related industries; familiarity with conference, sound, and display systems is a plus.
· Passionate about sales, with strong communication skills, customer insight, and resilience under pressure.
· Quick learner with the ability to grasp AV technical knowledge (e.g., acoustic basics, device specs).
