Job Description;

  • Market rooting and expansion
    Go deep into the designated regional market in Indonesia and establish a localized sales network; Develop new customer resources to achieve regional sales targets; Conduct regular market research to analyze competitive dynamics and consumer trends
  • Team leadership and management
    Build, train and manage sales teams (5-20 people); Develop team sales plans and performance indicators; Lead team members to complete customer development and maintenance tasks
  • Business operations
    Responsible for key customer negotiation and cooperation confirmation; Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure order delivery; Monitor sales data and submit regular performance reports

Requirements;

  • Market Development
    Skilled in cold client acquisition techniques and capable of building sales channels.
  • Team Leadership
    Proficient in team motivation methods, with the ability to effectively break down goals and manage processes.
  • Preferably fluent in Chinese and English (business communication level), familiar with local business culture.
  • Proficient in sales data analysis tools, with the ability to identify market opportunities.
