Job Description;
- Market rooting and expansion
Go deep into the designated regional market in Indonesia and establish a localized sales network; Develop new customer resources to achieve regional sales targets; Conduct regular market research to analyze competitive dynamics and consumer trends - Team leadership and management
Build, train and manage sales teams (5-20 people); Develop team sales plans and performance indicators; Lead team members to complete customer development and maintenance tasks - Business operations
Responsible for key customer negotiation and cooperation confirmation; Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure order delivery; Monitor sales data and submit regular performance reports
