  • Managing Medical Retail Sub-Channel business (Pharmacies, Drug Stores, Drug Health & Beauty channels)
  • Create a promotional plan strategy with objectives to increase sales and achieve targets in accordance with KPIs.
  • Create a channel development program with the brand (Distribution Drive MSL, Product Visibility, Program Push Activity, Trade Offer Program).
  • Review the Trade Activity program to determine its effectiveness and determine whether any adjustments to the mechanism are needed to achieve better results.
  • Monitor the budget for all ongoing trade activities (Trade Offer, Consumer Promo, Visibility, Listing).
  • Review underperforming SKUs and create an action plan to increase sell-out and coordinate with the branch promotions team to flush out Near ED products at selected outlets.
  • Create an internal CCD development program (Projects: Focus Channel, Focus Activity, Focus Region, & Account Management).
