Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for ATL, BTL and campaigns to build brand awareness and increase market share.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across various channels, including digital, social media, printed channels, displays and in-store promotions.
- Lead the development of new product launches and ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
- Monitor Registration MUI, BPOM, Registration ML Number and importation
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies and drive in-store execution.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as ROI, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, including advertising, PR, and media partners.
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
- Responsible for organizing regular reviews after the new product project launch, jointly with the sales, and marketing team to track the achievement of the goal and conclude the effective experience.
- Communicating effectively with team members and internal clients to set expectations, advance projects, and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance excellence.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector, with a focus on food or snacks is a must, with the current or last position at the Manager level and handle national area.
- Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
- Experience develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for ATL, BTL and campaigns. Also lead the development of new product launches.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and consumer trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
