Human Resources Staff (Strategic Role)

We are looking for a Human Resources Staff who is ready to go beyond the usual admin role this position comes with direct engagement with the Board of Directors and strategic involvement in shaping how our people grow.

Responsibilities
HR Operations
  • Manage employee administration (contracts, extensions, transfers, terminations).
  • Ensure all HR documentation complies with company policies & labor law.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases.
  • Support career transition & payroll-related administration.
HR Services
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide HR services for attendance, leave, benefits, and employee inquiries.
  • Manage employee-related documents (reference letters, payslips, etc).
Talent Acquisition & Development
  • Support sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, headhunting).
  • Manage recruitment processes: screening, interviews, assessments.
  • Oversee offers, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Assist in workforce planning & talent gap identification.
  • Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, retention, candidate experience).
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (HR Ops / HR Generalist / HR Services).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and HR best practices.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with senior management/BoD level.
