The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in logistics, bonded warehouse, and export-import services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with operational and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Providing market insights and feedback to management for business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    Bachelor's Degree
    in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in sales, preferably in
    logistics, supply chain, bonded warehouse, or freight forwarding
    .
  • Good understanding of
    export-import regulations, bonded zone operations, and customs procedures
    .
  • Proficient in
    AI-driven sales tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms
    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Preferably Chinese/ English speaker
