Managing the end to end learning development process for operation team :

Responsibilities
  • Creating the learning development strategy and TNA based on business need / strategy or commercial strategy
  • Managing the team and control the produtivity related to the training implementation
  • Evaluate the training implementation until the impact level
Job requirements
  • Min Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Training & Development for corporate & store team is required for this position. Preferably with managerial level.
  • Has experience in delivering training for Commercial team.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in Harco Mangga Dua, North Jakarta &/ Landmark Pluit and mobile
