We are hiring for several Mandarin Speaker roles across different departments, including:
- Human Resources (HR)
- Purchasing
- Finance
- Shipment / Supply Chain
- Administrative
Depending on the department, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting daily operations and cross-border coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Preparing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business processes
- Handling communication, documentation, and translation between internal teams and overseas counterparts
- Assisting in recruitment, procurement, financial administration, or logistics operations
- Contributing to process improvements and ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation\
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship experience is acceptable)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field is a plus
- Strong command of Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate: Pivot Table, SUM, IF, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Familiarity with related software/tools (HRIS, procurement systems, finance tools, or logistics platforms) is an advantage
