We are hiring for several Mandarin Speaker roles across different departments, including:

  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Purchasing
  • Finance
  • Shipment / Supply Chain
  • Administrative

Depending on the department, your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting daily operations and cross-border coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Preparing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business processes
  • Handling communication, documentation, and translation between internal teams and overseas counterparts
  • Assisting in recruitment, procurement, financial administration, or logistics operations
  • Contributing to process improvements and ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation\

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship experience is acceptable)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field is a plus
  • Strong command of Mandarin (written and verbal)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate: Pivot Table, SUM, IF, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Familiarity with related software/tools (HRIS, procurement systems, finance tools, or logistics platforms) is an advantage
