Position : Supervisor Electrical
Placement : Serang, Banten - PT Sarana Catur Tirtakelola
Job Descriptions:
- Lead maintenance team in daily, weekly, and monthly electrical system operations.
- Plan and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for electrical installations.
- Supervise electrical systems for pumps, panels (LVMDP, MCC), transformers, and genset (850 kVA).
- Troubleshoot and respond to electrical failures efficiently, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness.
- Ensure optimal performance of protection systems and electrical safety procedures (LOTO, grounding, PPE).
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with K3 standards and government regulations.
- Manage spare parts usage and propose material needs for electrical maintenance.
- Prepare technical reports, incident analysis, and recommendations for repair or replacement.
- Maintain accurate documentation (as-built drawings, manuals, certificates).
- Collaborate across divisions to support operational reliability and safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems).
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in water treatment plant operations.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining electrical equipment: panels (MCC, LVMDP), transformers, genset, motors, starters, inverters, protection systems, and basic instrumentation.
- Able to read and analyze one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, P&ID, and use AutoCAD.
- Familiar with PLN standards, national electrical codes (SNI, PUIL), and industrial regulations.
- Skilled in electrical load calculations, power factor analysis, and distribution efficiency.
- Experience with SCADA/PLC systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Willing to work in shifts and on-call for emergency situations.
- Preferred certifications: Ahli K3 Listrik, Genset Operator, AK3 Umum.
