Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including Warehouse, Procurement, Business Operations Analytics, Logistics, and Customer Service
  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on agreed KPIs for warehouse partners and last-mile logistics
  • Analyze operational data and plan for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Review customer inquiries and handle operational complaints effectively
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members to perform according to company values
  • Oversee operational budgets and related financial activities
  • Supervise and inspire a team of operations associates to meet daily goals and maintain high productivity
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed efficiently and on time
  • Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse operations, reduce waste, and apply best practices
  • Manage inventory, organize warehouse space, and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Address operational issues promptly and implement effective solutions
  • Train new team members and support the continuous development of your team

Requirements:

  • Honest, with strong integrity and a positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Available to work Monday to Saturday
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to complete tasks independently
  • A strong team player with a results-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and business acumen
  • Eager to learn and open to flexible working hours
  • Experienced in people management with proven leadership skills
