Job Overview
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Associate located in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Define the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with min GPA 3.5, preferably from Psychology, Business, Administrative, Management, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles.
- An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
