HR Business Partner Jr. Manager
, you'll act as a strategic partner to our business leaders—connecting people, performance, and purpose. You'll play a key role in translating business goals into practical HR strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring our teams are equipped and empowered to deliver excellence. What You'll Do
- Partner with department heads to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and workforce plans.
- Co-lead small-scale organizational development projects such as team restructuring or process redesign.
- Facilitate performance calibration and identify skill or capability gaps within teams.
- Analyze market and labor trends to adjust hiring and retention strategies effectively.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders and employees to align HR priorities with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR initiatives on time and with measurable results.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, support decisions, and improve overall people performance.
- Develop and track data-driven strategies for talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Coach and support HR team members in managing workload, setting goals, and developing skills.
- Oversee HR projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Mediate employee conflicts and promote a positive, compliant, and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and collaborate with legal/compliance teams when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations.
- Skilled in data analysis and HR reporting to guide people strategies.
- Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decisions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing projects or small teams effectively.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
