We are seeking an English-speaking and proactive HRD & Payroll Officer to join our team. This role will cover a broad range of HR and payroll responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, contract management, performance reviews, compliance, and monthly payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple HR functions and supporting day-to-day administrative and operational needs within the factory environment. You will work closely with the HRD & Payroll Supervisor and Factory Administration Manager to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements:- Fluent in English is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and payroll, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax calculation (PPh 21), and BPJS processes.
- Extensive background in HR operations and workforce management.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Expected Salary is IDR 5,000,000 plus
- Manage HR and payroll operations for the factory, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and job descriptions.
- Coordinate hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations with required managerial approvals.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting and biannual reviews.
- Process monthly payroll, including tax (PPh 21), BPJS, and THR payments accurately and on time.
- Report regularly to the Factory Manager on HR and payroll status.
- Prepare reports such as training plans, headcounts, and competency matrices.
- Support audits and ensure data accuracy for compliance reviews.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System.
