Responsibilities
We are currently hiring for our sister company, based in Bandung.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise kitchen cleaning activities, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure daily availability of food ingredients.
- Inspect and monitor the quality of all ingredients, including shelf life.
- Ensure customer orders are prepared according to standard recipes.
- Control and manage kitchen inventory in line with SOP.
- Conduct training and development for kitchen team member
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef De partie in the F&B
- Experience in Indonesian, Sundanese, or Asian cuisine is a plus.
- Placement in Bandung (DAGO)
