Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for our sister company, based in Bandung.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise kitchen cleaning activities, including equipment and utensils.
  • Ensure daily availability of food ingredients.
  • Inspect and monitor the quality of all ingredients, including shelf life.
  • Ensure customer orders are prepared according to standard recipes.
  • Control and manage kitchen inventory in line with SOP.
  • Conduct training and development for kitchen team member
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef De partie in the F&B
  • Experience in Indonesian, Sundanese, or Asian cuisine is a plus.
  • Placement in Bandung (DAGO)
