Job Description:
- Primary owner of SLA for BMS and CPOS monitoring.
- Performs daily monitoring of alarms, sensors, and LOCC visibility
- Coordinates and escalates issues with vendors (BMS/CPOS)
- Prepares incident reports and operational documentation for SLA audits
- Develops and implements IoT, PLC, and automation solutions
- Leads innovation automation project
- Acts as the owner of SLA for predictive and automation systems
- Responsible for Proof of Concept (PoC) development of new automation solutions
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or IT Automation-related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Building Management System (BMS), automation, or control systems—preferably in data center, industrial, or critical facility environments.
- Hands-on experience with BMS operation, commissioning, and maintenance (Honeywell, Schneider, Siemens, Delta, Johnson Controls, etc.).
- Ability to interpret BMS logic diagrams, control sequences, and trend data.
- Familiarity with API or middleware integration for remote data exchange.
Strong ability to monitor system performance, identify abnormalities, and take corrective action.
Proactive, responsible, and reliable under operational and project-based timelines.
Willing to learn and adapt to cross-functional automation projects (AI, IoT, Predictive, DCIM).
- Experience in multi-building facility integration or remote monitoring systems (RBMS) is a plus.
