Job Description :

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies.
Coordinate with demand planning department to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock, avoiding stockouts and overstock situations.
Collaborate with commercial team to ensure that stock levels align with anticipated sales volumes.
Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures, including stock rotation, first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles, and proper storage practices.
Work closely with the logistic team to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor and track near expired, expired and/or bad stock and propose appropriate actions, such as promotional activities or write-offs, to minimize financial losses.
Generate accurate reports on stock levels and stock movements on a regular basis for management review.
Continuously improve inventory management processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize stock availability.
