What you'll be doing

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, tax planning and financial planning
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and financial regulations
Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend strategic actions
Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, and optimise financial resources
Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning and decision-making
Lead the financial team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and controls

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior financial management role
Prior experience as an Auditor with one of the Big 4 accounting firms, providing a solid foundation in audit, compliance, and risk management
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet applications
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation
