About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Staff to join our team at PT Shimada Shoji Indonesia (Garment Trading Company) for Kab Demak, Central Java. As a member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable recommendations
- Providing friendly and responsive customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Collaborating with the team to achieve company sales
- Participating in inventory management and other operational tasks as required
- Mobile with sales team to visit client with company car
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales staff
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Able to speak in English
- Holds SIM A
- Able to work multitasking
