Job Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and issue warning letters (SP) and other disciplinary actions in line with labor law and company policies.
- Administer and analyze exit interviews, turnover data, and prepare related employee relations reports.
- Handle all kind of labor disputes to support a harmonious workplace climate within the factory.
- Assist the administration for updating Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan, renewal of company regulations (PP), and also ensure HR Policy are in accordance with with Indonesian labor law and collective agreements.
- Assist communication and negotiations with labor unions, and propose employee relations or engagement programs.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources Management (Law preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience as Industrial Relations Staff, preferably in the garment/manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja, PP & Permenaker).
- Experience in handling disciplinary actions for any dispute with the labor union, and assist in handling or solving for any labor dispute.
- Familiar with labor administration including Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan (WLTK) and company regulation (PP) renewal.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Candidate should be willing to work in Jepara - Central Java.
