ESA Sampoerna Group is seeking for Finance & Accounting Professional to strengthen our Team, with following Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning and Analysis

Budgeting: Creating and managing annual budgets, ensuring that expenses align with revenue goals.
Financial forecasting: Predicting future financial performance based on historical data and current trends.
Cost-benefit analysis: Evaluating the financial implications of potential projects or investments.

Accounting, Tax and Reporting

Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) for internal and external stakeholders.
Tax compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with all tax regulations and filing requirements.
Auditing: Overseeing financial audits (from inside and or outside) to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Financial Management

Cash flow management: Monitoring and managing cash inflows and outflows to optimize liquidity.
Risk management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting
Solid working experience as Finance & Accounting Manager for at least 3 years
Having Working experience in Manufacturing Industry and in KAP will be an advantage
Willing to be placed in Surabaya
