Job Requirements :

  • Minimal Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
  • Minimal 3 years experience as Maintenance Manager in FMCG Industry (preferably Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry).
  • Project Management skills and experience are an added advantage.
  • Understand vertical and horizontal machine packing, process machine, utilities, preventive maintenance systems, 5W and Fishbone Methods, TPM, PM, PLC, and SAP PM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Make and manage the annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH) in accordance with company targets and strategic plans.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal machine and utility performance.
  • Develop and execute cost saving and energy efficiency programs, including optimization of spare parts usage and operational costs.
  • Conduct, control, and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities to maintain high equipment reliability and minimum downtime.
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance projects, including machine installation, modification, and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze machine breakdown trends, identify root causes using 5 Why / Fishbone Analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Ensure implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and PM (Planned Maintenance) to improve equipment reliability, minimize unplanned downtime, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support smooth manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and mentor maintenance team members to enhance technical and leadership competencies.
  • Prepare and present maintenance performance reports, KPIs, and improvement initiatives to management.
  • Continuously improve factory performance through system improvement, innovation, and teamwork to achieve operational excellence.
