Role Description

  • Research and analyze emerging trends and market opportunities.

  • Conduct consumer insight research and benchmarking.

  • Design and execute hedonic/qualitative product testing.

  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and packaging teams to develop innovative concepts.

  • Support end-to-end NPD process from ideation to launch.

  • Coordinate with procurement and manage timelines and specifications.

  • Prepare analytical reports and development updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Apoteker preferred), Chemistry or related fields

  • Min. 2 years experience in product development in personal care, skin care, wellness, or Jamu.

  • Strong interest in beauty, health, and natural-based wellness trends.

  • Skilled in hedonic testing and both qualitative & quantitative data analysis.

  • Understanding of formulation principles, preferably with herbal/active ingredient knowledge.

  • Collaborative, project-driven, and deadline-focused.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

  • Able to analyze global trends from multiple sources.

  • Creative with strong aesthetic sensitivity in packaging development.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.
