Qualifications:

Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Computer, Information & Technology.
Have at least 3 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure
Fluent in English both oral and written
Strong technical communication and quick problem solving skills
Proficient in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Strong networking skills, including troubleshooting and device management (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Familiarity with IT security concepts and incident response procedures.

Job Details:

Perform installation and setup of IT hardware and software (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).
Configure, implement, and monitor network devices such as Mikrotik, Fortinet, and managed switches, either for projects or regular operational tasks.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT hardware and software issues.
Install and maintain software applications, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and other company-related applications.
Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of configurations and installations.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure network stability, data security, and system performance
Coordinate with the General Affairs (GA) team regarding IT equipment procurement and purchase requests.
Set up and configure corporate email accounts on PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
Handle support tickets received from the IT Helpdesk system related to hardware, network, or software issues, and take appropriate follow-up actions.
Educate users on basic IT systems and best practices to improve digital literacy.
Maintain IT inventory and ensure all configurations and installations are properly documented.
