Role Description

As a Community Manager in our company, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our community while collaborating across departments to drive engagement and growth. What will you do:

Community Activation & Engagement

  • Developing and executing engagement programs
  • Managing digital community content
  • Creating narratives for motivational campaigns, testimonials, leaderboards, etc.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conducting weekly tracking of:
  • Active & dormant agent activities
  • Booster program progress
  • Leader performance evaluation
  • Preparing weekly & monthly community reports (for management)

Offline Engagement

  • Mandatory Attendance
    at offline community activities, including:
  • Coway agent gatherings (internal & external)
  • Field training, door-to-door showcases, mini demo events
  • Serving as a host, coordinator, or moderator at field events

Program Development

  • Receiving & responding to feedback from HP (Health Planner)
  • Cross-team collaboration for new programs
  • Creating and managing community materials (modules, LMS, training content)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing communities (preferably in the sales, education, MLM or volunteer organization industries)
  • Accustomed to leading offline & online community activities
  • Having experience in creating retention/member activation programs
  • Having experience in creating retention/member activation programs
  • Communicative, persuasive, and empathetic
  • Energetic & high initiative
  • Resilient in facing pressure & weekly targets
  • Able to use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Form)
  • Able to use WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Canva
  • Able to create light content (captions, posters, simple short videos)
  • Strong analytical skills
