Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients via calls and social media
  • Achieving the company's target for new customer leads
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
  • Identifying the services needed by clients
  • Negotiating agreements through to closing
  • Coordinating client needs with the relevant teams
  • Managing clients and related teams to ensure collaboration runs on time

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, project sales, or marketing sales
  • Knowledge of Export-Import, Logistics, Bonded Zone, and Customs
  • Understanding of logistics, transportation, project industry, heavy equipment, and mining sectors
  • Strong communication skills (proficiency in English and/or Mandarin is a plus)
  • Highly initiative, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving
  • Able to multitask and work well in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially for presentations)
