Job Description

  • Designing both short and long term e‑commerce growth strategies aligned with the skincare brand's goals.
  • Managing online store operations: product listings, stock management, pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Optimizing sales performance across marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and TikTok Shop.
  • Creating a promotional calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and new product launches.
  • Coordinating with content & creative teams to develop engaging store visuals and promotional materials that match brand identity.
  • Collaborating with the digital ads team to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Analyzing traffic, sales, and consumer behavior data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Managing relationships with e‑commerce enablers, platform partners, and support platforms (Shopee Mall, LazMall, TikTok Partner).
  • Integrating across marketplace, live brand channels, and after‑sales customer support systems.
  • Ensuring an optimal customer journeyfrom click-through to purchase and post‑sales service.
  • Being accountable for KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), return rate, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of e‑commerce experience, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry.
  • Experience managing official brand accounts on marketplaces and social commerce platforms (Shopee Mall, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Proficient with e‑commerce systems (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and marketplace management tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Shopee & TikTok Seller Center, CRM platforms, and performance dashboards.
  • Knowledgeable in strategies such as product bundling, pricing, traffic boosting, and SEO for marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and e‑commerce metrics.
  • Strong leadership ability, capable of mentoring and developing cross‑functional teams.
  • Creative, trend‑sensitive, and passionateabout the beauty and digital space.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
