This role will handle Sozo Dental Clinic. Oversees the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. This role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, managing supplier relationships, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational excellence. The Supply Chain Supervisor works closely with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, and Growth to align supply activities with organizational goals and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Forecast demand on SKU level using historical data and marketing inputs to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Manage supplier relationships, oversee purchasing activities, and negotiate cost-effective terms to meet quality and budget requirements.
- Supervise inbound and outbound inventory control, stock monitoring, and storage optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Growth teams to ensure smooth and timely supply chain operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain through proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
- Monitor cost and financial performance of the supply chain to ensure spending is within budget and savings opportunities are realized.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes, integrating data-driven metrics to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team through clear goal-setting, training, and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, preferably in a healthcare or manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience in supplier management, cost control, and process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
