- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, regulations, strategies, and procedures across the organization
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Ensure compliance with company and government regulations and policy regarding labors
- Ensuring that the HRD administration process which includes MPP, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, employee contracts and remuneration runs accurately
- Assist in Employer Branding and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Develop KPI and matters relating to performance management
- Designing evaluations of team performance and all employees and updating company evaluations
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Manage overall of payroll and compensation & benefit payment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HRD
- Hold on CHRP certification will be advantage
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian Employment Act, manpower regulations, and HR practices
- Extensive experience related to Organization design, Culture, Performance Management, and Talent Management
- Have a hands-on and good experience with Microsoft Excel
- A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently
- Strong leadership skill and have confident for take decision
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities
- High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.
