Job Description:
SMSolar is a Renewable Energy Services Company (RESCO) focused in the development of solar PV systems (PLTS) in Indonesia. We provide solutions for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial solar energy projects through Consulting, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Financing. We aim to provide affordable, efficient, sustainable, and long-term solar energy solutions.
We are looking for a PV O&M Engineer for our existing and new projects. We want someone who is passionate about renewable energy, hard working, quick to learn, and a team player. We welcome fresh graduates, and will provide training to develop your career.
Requirements:
D3 or Bachelor in Engineering
Experience with solar PV installation/O&M
Able to understand project documentation such as as-built drawings, electrical schematics, technical datasheet, user manual, HSSE rules, etc.
Able to communicate in Bahasa and English effectively (verbal and written)
Able to work fast, under pressure, and meet deadlines
Team-player who can work pro-actively under minimum supervision
Knowledge in electric power, construction methods, building code, grid code, government regulation is preferred
Responsibilities:
Monitor solar PV plants performance on a regular basis
Perform troubleshooting if there is any fault, alarm, or damage in any of the PV plants
Plan and execute site specific preventive, predictive, & corrective maintenance (periodic check & inspection visit, PV module cleaning, troubleshooting, tools and manpower required, etc)
Work with team of technicians/workers when performing on-site O&M activities
Assist Project/PV Engineers in performing testing and commissioning to ensure a succesful project handover to the client
Create and develop O&M manual/SOP, technical proposals, forms and checklists
Create and develop activity report after performing O&M activity
Maintain strong relationships with customers and SMSolar partners/vendors
