Job Responsibilities:
- Execute procurement plans for raw materials, auxiliary materials, equipment, and office supplies according to company requirements;
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain qualified local and international suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain;
- Handle purchase orders, follow up on delivery schedules, and coordinate payment and reconciliation processes;
- Participate in price and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance;
- Assist in optimizing procurement processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency;
- Coordinate with finance, warehouse, and user departments for goods receipt, inspection, and follow-up;
- Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Nationality: Must have full working rights in Indonesia;
- Education: Diploma4 or above, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics,Mechanical Automation or Business Management;
Experience:
Open to fresh graduates;
Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing industry preferred;
Language: Proficient in English for communication, reading, and writing; Chinese language skills are a plus;
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), with good data analysis and communication skills;
- Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong teamwork and professional ethics;
- Able to adapt to a factory environment and occasional overtime or external purchasing tasks.
