We are currently recruiting professional candidates for Project/ Site Manager positions to join and work at High Volt Technology with the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or at least 5 (five) years of experience working in Civil Construction, Electrical, Electrical Installation, and Power Switching (GIS/AIS Substation Projects). Certification in project management is an added advantage;
- Able to manage project scope, time, cost, and quality;
- Able to lead a large team;
- Able to coordinate with other departments, relevant superiors, and project decision-makers;
- Have adequate communication skills;
- Have knowledge of Construction, Electrical Installation, and Power Switching processes;
- Able to solve problems related to Construction, Electrical Installation, and Power Switching processes;
- Willingness to work outside the city.
The candidates will be assigned and responsible for the following:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all construction and electrical installation project activities according to the specified timeline and plan;
- Direct the work schedule to the site manager/Supervisor/Senior Engineer to carry out work activities according to the agreed schedule;
- Guide the team/subordinates to work more efficiently, with discipline, and in compliance with company regulations and policies;
- Monitor work progress;
- Monitor and evaluate the use of materials and tools;
- Procure and evaluate equipment maintenance;
- Lead coordination meetings with users, suppliers, subcontractors, and/or planning consultants;
- Review reports related to field work progress;
- Monitor field work progress through work/progress reports, analyze them, and provide direction on necessary improvements to improve both quantity and quality;
- Provide reports to the Chief Project/Technical Operations Officer regarding work progress;
- Foster collaboration with users, subcontractors, planning consultants, and related suppliers;
- Develop the capabilities of subordinate human resources to achieve optimal technical competency by providing training, guidance, and direction;
- Carry out other duties assigned by the Director/project/engineer manager;
- Prioritize and implement the principles of Occupational Safety, Health, and the Environment within the Company.
