Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets in ICT and Data Center services.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in enterprise, telecommunications, and cloud sectors.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, to contract closing.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, tender documents, and sales reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
  • Provide input for pricing strategies and product development based on customer feedback and market demand.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the ICT, data center, or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data center solutions (colocation, cloud, connectivity, managed services).
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and business development purposes.
