At Izzy, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure our financial records are accurate and up to date. This role will play a vital part in maintaining financial integrity and supporting the company's growth through timely reporting, compliance, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review journal entries, financial statements, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards (PSAK / IFRS).
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government institutions.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements as needed.
- Assist in developing internal controls and accounting policies to maintain a strong control environment.
- Lead and support the accounting team by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (PSAK / IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all staff; ensure all AP and reporting tasks follow standard procedures.
- Prepare accounting journals, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Prepare detailed balance sheet outstanding balances.
- Prepare COGS analysis by product and FOH analysis.
- Review all payment documents to suppliers before approval by Accounting Manager.
- Coordinate with warehouse and other departments for monthly stock opname with internal or annual external auditors.
- Assist Accounting Manager in fulfilling audited financial reports and support tax team in SP2 tax authorities and SP2DK preparations.
Requirements:
- Min S1 Majoring Accounting.
- Min 3 years of experience in Accounting/Tax/Finance as staff, or 2 years as supervisor (especially in reporting) in a manufacturing company.
- Familiar with SAP (FI, MM, SD modules).
- Well understanding of accounting journal, income statement, balance sheet preparation, COGS calculation.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel for reconciling large amounts of data.
- Preferably can speak English and communicate well; leadership and critical thinking skills required.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Preferably live near South Jakarta.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare General Ledger (GL) for the Aruna Group.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare consolidation reports and elimination entries.
- Participate in audit processes and liaise with external auditors.

- Review daily submissions from the operations team.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Level of Qualification:
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in Accounting or as an auditor or having worked in an accounting services firm (KAP) is a strong advantage.
