Responsibilities:Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost control.
Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution to meet customer demands.
Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing shortages.
Oversee warehouse operations, layout optimization, and order fulfillment efficiency.
Lead and support the logistics team, promoting training and continuous improvement.
Track logistics KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for management.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to maintain smooth and compliant logistics operations.
Requirements:Minimum Barchelor's Degree in any major.
Minimal 5 years’ experience with 3 years as Warehouse Manager.
Experience from FMCG Industry is a must .
Strong understanding in supply chain and logistic system.
Can working under pressure.
Have good analytical skills.
