Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Support
Respond to WhatsApp and phone chats during business hours
- Register new leads, assign to the right team
Send updates and reminders (WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
Sales & Admin Coordination
Follow up with leads, reschedule sessions, support upselling
- Update client data (Google Sheets / CRM)
- Coordinate with instructors & internal teams
Qualifications
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
