Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (Marketing & Business preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of 360 Marketing and Marketing Funnel.
  • Skilled in conducting Market & Consumer Insight Research.
  • Experience in Personal Care or FMCG industry is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in implementing annual marketing plans, including comprehensive strategies that cover ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • Manage A&P expenses to achieve maximum ROI across ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives.
  • Implement media plans to ensure efficient and effective media investments.
  • Manage and uphold the brand's visual and verbal identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Identify and manage brand-related events, sponsorships, and partnerships to strengthen brand visibility and reach.
  • Collaborate with the digital content team to develop content strategies and optimize content distribution across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), including influencer partnerships and collaborations.
