Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering or related field.
- At least 1 years of working experience as HSE Staff from Manufacturing or building materials industries
- Certified in General HSE (K3 Umum), Fire Safety, First Aid, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Auditor SMK3 & BNSP environmental certification
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Able to communicate in English
- Skilled in incident investigation, risk assessment, and internal audits
- Good communication, leadership, and training skills
Job Descriptions:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with regulations and company standards.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and determine effective control measures (HIRADC).
- Perform routine inspections in the plant to ensure safe practices, proper use of PPE, and equipment safety.
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation (including ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 compliance).
- Lead and deliver HSE training, safety induction, and awareness programs for employees.
- Ensure proper environmental management, including handling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
- Coordinate with government agencies (Manpower Office, Environment Office, etc.) during audits or inspections.
- Support the development of a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.
