Conduct regular follow-ups until the cashback process is fully completed.

Maintain polite, professional, and solution-driven communication.

Record and update all customer interactions into the system/Google Sheets/CRM.

Identify customer concerns and provide initial assistance or escalate when needed.

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports to the Supervisor/Manager.

Build strong rapport to maintain customer engagement and satisfaction.

Follow communication and service SOPs set by the company.

Requirements

Experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Customer Relations, or Customer Success is a plus.

Strong communication skills and comfortable making calls to a large number of customers.

Patient, polite, and able to handle various customer personalities.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working with daily targets.

Able to work onsite and collaborate with the team.
