Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and corrective actions (preventive & corrective maintenance) for IT equipment such as POS systems, PCs, routers, and other supporting devices.
- Install and configure new devices in accordance with company standards and operational requirements.
- Manage network infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi setup, cabling, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Create and update network topology diagrams and technical documentation for each outlet and system.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and game/VR teams to ensure all systems run smoothly and remain compatible.
- Support the setup of new outlets or relocations by ensuring all IT systems are fully operational before launch.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for maintenance or improvement.
- Continuously update knowledge of new technologies, tools, and best practices in the IT retail/entertainment field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as an IT Support or IT Specialist, preferably in retail, entertainment, or multi-outlet environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Skilled in PC installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of electrical work and safety procedures related to device installation.
- Ability to read and create network topology diagrams.
- Basic knowledge of the internet, IP configuration, and networking principles.
- Familiar with POS systems, routers, and LAN/Wi-Fi setup.
- Experienced in creating technical reports and system documentation.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
