Job Description:

  • Prepare annual budgeting and financial forecasting for all business units (transportation, freight forwarding, and warehouse).

  • Analyze profitability by service line (cost-per-ton, cost-per-km, per CBM, per pallet, etc.).

  • Generate monthly financial reports and perform variance analysis against the budget.

  • Monitor and manage daily and weekly cash flow, including vendor payments, driver/operator payroll, and warehouse expenses.

  • Maintain a healthy balance between customer receivables (aging AR) and vendor/subcontractor payables.

  • Lead the finance team (AR/AP, Billing, Collection, and PoD).

  • Provide coaching and development for the finance team's capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with operations, commercial, and procurement teams in pricing proposals, vendor negotiations, and logistics project feasibility evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Certification in financial or logistics management is a plus.

  • Preferably experienced in 3PL logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain companies.

  • Strong leadership, high attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to bridge finance with operational functions.
