Job Description:
Prepare annual budgeting and financial forecasting for all business units (transportation, freight forwarding, and warehouse).
Analyze profitability by service line (cost-per-ton, cost-per-km, per CBM, per pallet, etc.).
Generate monthly financial reports and perform variance analysis against the budget.
Monitor and manage daily and weekly cash flow, including vendor payments, driver/operator payroll, and warehouse expenses.
Maintain a healthy balance between customer receivables (aging AR) and vendor/subcontractor payables.
Lead the finance team (AR/AP, Billing, Collection, and PoD).
Provide coaching and development for the finance team's capabilities.
Collaborate closely with operations, commercial, and procurement teams in pricing proposals, vendor negotiations, and logistics project feasibility evaluations.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Certification in financial or logistics management is a plus.
Preferably experienced in 3PL logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain companies.
Strong leadership, high attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to bridge finance with operational functions.
