Responsibilities

  • Identity and acquire potential clients or business partners to expand market reach
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop persuasive business proposals, presentation decks, and partnership documents
  • Collaborate closely with teh marketing and product teams to align startegies and achieve mutual growth targets
  • Support the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, communications, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development/sales (internship experience considered); passionate fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities
  • Able to prepare business proposals, handle related administration, and proficient in microsoft office
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, proactive, target-oriented, and good at problem-solving
