Position summary:
The PTP (Procurement to Pay) Business Lead is responsible for managing the team in delivering end to end functional solutions for all processes in the SAP Procurement to Pay domain. The lead provides input into project plan, status reporting, management of project controls, ensure quality delivery in their respective area. Engage with subject matter experts in the business throughout the SAP roll-out project to ensure solution will meet business needs.
Position responsibilities:
- Develop detail work plan for PTP (Procurement to Pay) team and track progress
- Manage delivery of work products and deliverables for team
- Provide status report and attend project meetings
- Remove any impediments preventing the team from making progress
- Ensure team adheres to project methods and controls
- Plan and conduct workshops
- Manage relationships with business process owners and obtain sign-offs as applicable
- Lead timely issue identification, resolution, escalation when appropriate

- Maintain a process to approve and track acceptance of agreed project deliverables in line with agreed Statements of Work
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Involvement in SAP roll-out, migration or enhancement IT project is required
- FMCG industry working experience is must-have
- Team leadership experience with ability to engage at the executive level
- A forward, strategic thinker that can help craft the way their business process or domain operates in the future
- A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in domain with a strong understanding of how the existing procurement business works or strong knowledge in functional skillset
- Great communicator – written and verbal
- Has foresight to see issues, and risks in their domain, and have the courage to escalate where required
