Job Description:

  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Identify and achieve Product-Market Fit (PMF) by analyzing consumer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to ensure the product effectively meets customer demands.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and create product roadmaps.

  • Lead the ideation, research, design, development, and launch of products.

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Translate product strategies into detailed requirements, prototypes, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to develop innovative formulations, packaging, and product features.
  • Work closely with business, marketing, and technical teams to implement new features and enhancements.

  • Conduct surveys, gather consumer feedback, and analyze skincare, beauty, or industry trends to evaluate and maintain Product-Market Fit

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative feedback data to enhance customer experience and product performance.
  • Identify market opportunities and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
  • Continuously assess the product's value proposition and ensure it resonates with the target audience.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Design, to ensure product alignment.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and develop brand positioning.
  • Partner with the Sales team to align product strategies with business goals and market needs.

  • Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and meet expectations.

  • Execute go-to-market strategies, including product testing, branding, and communication.
  • Monitor product performance metrics such as sales, customer satisfaction, and market response.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports on product evaluation, consumer feedback, and performance analytics.

  • Develop and manage budgets for product development

  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize cost efficiency and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Diploma in any major.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in Product Development, Product Manager, Brand Management, Marketing, or Product Building in FMCG or Beauty Industries.
  • Proven experience in developing and achieving Product-Market Fit (PMF) in the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • In-depth understanding of beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to develop data driven PMF strategies.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
