Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Procurement to join our team at PT Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika, a leading manufacturing company located in Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java. In this strategic role, you will lead the procurement team and be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies to support the company's operations and business growth.
Main Responsibility:
Conducting procurement strategy and cost efficiency analyses in terms of purchasing and storing goods and services to minimize risks and costs in supporting the smooth running of the company's business.
Manage all vendor management activities includes Vendor selection, MoU, Vendor Assessment & Evaluation, Vendor improvement, and updating ISO system to support company's business objectives
Manage all purchasing activities such as procurement, payment, and supervision of goods/services arrival, both local and import, to support smooth internal and external cooperation in line with the company's business objectives.
Create innovative improvement programs that are in line with company regulations and procedures to increase work productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Having min. 3 years' experience as Head of Procurement/ 5 years' experience as Procurement Department Head
- Assertive, Directive Communication, Tactical thinking, analytical thinking, customer oriented
- Willing to be placed in Cibitung
