Role Overview
The Business Architect will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, designing the target state, gathering requirements, and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of
Kissflow projects
. The role involves close collaboration with both Business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective adoption of Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) solutions for enterprise workflows and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with client teams to map current processes, identify pain points, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Define target-state business architecture, including workflows, approval hierarchies, process models, and integrations.
- Drive prioritization of identified use cases and prepare an implementation roadmap aligned with client priorities and budgets.
- Engage with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document detailed business process requirements.
- Map business requirements to
Kissflow LCNC platform
capabilities and identify any gaps requiring custom development. - Lead implementation projects, managing LCNC developers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Support user adoption by preparing documentation, training materials, and handover guides.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with senior management to identify new opportunities and technology investment areas.
Qualifications
- Education:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. - Experience:
- Minimum
6+ years
of experience as a Lead Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role. - Exposure to
Low-Code/No-Code platforms
(Kissflow, PowerApps, Mendix, OutSystems, etc.) is preferred. - Prior domain experience in
FMCG/CPG or Retail
is highly desirable. - Skills:
- Fluency in both
Bahasa Indonesia and English
(verbal and written). - Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of process design, approval workflows, and reporting requirements.
- Comfortable working in
multicultural and global project environments
