Job Responsibilities
- Build cost and profitability models for project bids, evaluating margins and risks.
- Break down supply chain product costs (transportation, warehousing, sorting, last-mile) and propose optimizations.
- Collect and report weekly P&L data (cost, revenue, gross margin) for reviews and decisions.
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives (supplier restructuring, service model improvements) and work with relevant teams to execute.
- Create and improve templates and Excel-based tools for cost analysis and visualization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of finance/accounting experience (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or project-based industry).
- Strong in financial analysis, project accounting, and budget management.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication; Mandarin is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in AP, AR, journal entries, and general accounting.
