- Provide support for the company’s IT operational needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to company devices and systems.
- Ensure IT asset records are properly maintained and kept up to date.
- Deliver timely IT support for software-related issues in accordance with SLA through the ticketing system.
- Perform installation, configuration, and updates of both software and hardware as required.
- Handle basic network issues (LAN, WiFi, printer sharing, etc.).
- Provide basic technical guidance to users (IT literacy & best practices).
- Assist the IT team in system implementation projects or upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Informatics Technology.
- Minimum 1 year experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge and skills in IT troubleshooting and networking.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Honest, with integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and the ability to work neatly and in a structured manner.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
